Matthew White has been racing cars since he was 16 years old. Matthew has won two Auscar championships with Matthew claiming the Thunderdome Lap record, which still stands.
- In 2000 Matthew took on V8 Supercar, securing five podium finishes in five starts and Matthew finishing runner up in the Konica V8 Supercar series.
- In 2000 with an eleventh place in the QLD 500 Matt was awarded “Rookie of the year” the highest award for a new driver.
- In 2002 Matt’s ability was recognised by Triple Eight, joining their team for the QLD 500 & Bathurst 1000. On debut with 888 he qualified the car in the top ten shoot-out at Qld and went on to finish 6th at the Bathurst 1000, Matthew again drove for 888 in 2003.
